Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Legal Research:Conduct thorough research on laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to the organization’s operations.
2. Drafting and Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other related paperwork.
3. Compliance Management: Ensure the organization complies with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and confidential legal records and documentation for internal and external use.
5. Coordination: Liaise with external legal consultants, lawyers, and government authorities as needed.
6. Case Support: Provide support for legal cases, hearings, and administrative processes.
7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential legal risks to the organization.
Key Qualifications and Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
– Minimum of 2 years of professional legal experience.
– Strong knowledge of legal practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
– Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
– Proficiency in using legal databases and MS Office Suite.
– High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
